The Austin Police Department said Monday evening that a third victim, Jorge Pederson, 30, had died. At the news conference, Chief Davis said one of the 14 people who had been injured was going to be taken off life support later in the day, but officials did not say whether that person was Mr. Pederson or mention the exact cause of his death.
