How did you become a pub landlord?Coby Morton: I always wanted to run a pub, and I’d joke about it with my mates. I just didn’t expect to own a pub so soon. I got my very first job at the Dolphin Inn when I was 19, working behind the bar. Then I was made general manager and, three years ago, I was offered the tenancy myself so I took it on.
