Lately, the bleph has gone from an insider secret to increasingly mainstream beauty procedure as people look for more permanent solutions to signs of fatigue and ageing. According to the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS), it was the third most popular cosmetic procedure in the UK last year, charting between breast reductions and tummy tucks, and up 13 per cent from 2023. The American Society of Plastic Surgeons says more than 120,000 blephs were performed in the US in 2023.
